Summary

Sculptra is a treatment using a product called PLLA (poly L- lactic acid) which acts to stimulate the growth of type I and type III collagen. This is known as biostimulation and is a way to renew the skin. This new collagen replaces the structural support that typically is lost during ageing.

Treatments occur every 4-6 weeks and typically we recommend 2-3 sessions.

Results appear gradually over the following few months but typically last for 25 months after the last treatment.
